 Qualification prerequisites of the program

• Get a letter of help from a designated organization (Venture Capital Funds company or Angel Investors or Incubators)
• Meet the language requirements as defined by IRCC (CLB 5 in all segments)
• Have sufficient funds to settle
• Pass Canadian security and medical clearances
• Plan to settle in a territory other than the Region of Quebec

Business necessities

A passing business implies you made a business that meets the following pre-requisites:
